Term ends with traditional carol concert
Russell House’s traditional carol concert was held at St Bartholomew’s Church in Otford last night. The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols included songs in Latin and German sung by our school Choristers and accompanied by harp and piano. As ever, the standard and quality of the music was quite exceptional.
The Bible readings were brought to life through silent tableaux performed by children dressed as Mary, Joseph, angels, shepherds, kings and a single bright star to guide them.
It was the perfect end to the Christmas term and we wish all our parents, children and visitors to our site a very happy Christmas.
