Impressive performance at Prep Schools Concert
Last week our Choristers and chamber group Bow and Blow performed in the imposing surroundings of the Pamoja Hall at Sevenoaks School on the occasion of the Prep School’s Concert. The children were very excited about performing and this was the first time that Forms 3 and 4 Choristers had sung in the Pamoja Hall.
The concert started with an entertaining vocal warm up led by one of the Sevenoaks teachers. Bow and Blow performed first and played Rondo Spiritoso. Choristers sang Old Abraham Brown and Coconut Man. At the end of the concert the children listened to a performance by a Saxophone Quartet made up of students from Sevenoaks School. All the children performed with distinction and remained unruffled by the concert hall setting. They enjoyed their afternoon and the opportunity to perform in front of other schools.
