Cricket time
19 Apr 2024Form 4 have enjoyed coming back to school this week. They've had a wonderful time catching up with their friends and sharing anecdotes about their holidays.
They have then transferred this to their English work where they have been writing recounts of their break, making sure to include a range of adverbs and adjectives.
They have also consolidated their knowledge of place values and rounding in maths, including decimal and negative numbers.
New topics began in humanities and science. The children were very interested in the layout of a Hindu temple and had great fun exploring the properties of magnets.
They were also very excited to don their cricket whites for the first time and are looking forward to matches this term.
