After plotting and naming 2D shapes on a coordinates grid, they went on to investigate the properties of different types of triangles, producing some beautifully presented pieces of work in the process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In French, the children in Form 6 have been paired with a penpal in a school in Hardelot in France. Hardelot is twinned with Otford and it will be a great opportunity to practice and improve their French. They are drafting their letters at the moment and we are hoping to send the letters out very soon.
