Highlights of the year
28 Jun 2024As we near the end of the school year, the children have been reflecting on their time in Form 6 and they have talked about what they are looking forward to in Form 7 and any worries they might have. It has been so lovely hearing all of their fondest memories and it is clear that the class trip to Norfolk Lakes was enjoyed by everyone.
Here are some of the highlights of Form 6's year:

In art, Form 6 has been designing and constructing their own board games. Some of these were based on traditional board game designs, such as Monopoly, Snakes and Ladders, and Ludo. Others were completely original designs created by the children. They worked in pairs and some of their end results were extremely imaginative. Counters, card packs, dice and little characters were all created out of an assortment of resources. The children loved having the opportunity to design and create their own board games and there's no doubt that playing them will be just as much fun.
Here are some of the games that have been created:
- Spongebob's Incredible Adventures
- Granny's Pancake Run
- Zoopoly
- Fortnite Monopoly
- Rubik's Monopoly
- Sealife Scrabble
- Dodge Doze Copez
- Dominoes
- Fredopoly
- Shelly's Crab Run
- Cats and Ladders
- Breakfast Game
