Form 4 have been working on division in maths and they are rightly impressed with themselves for learning how to use the bus stop method for short division. They've also realised why it is important to learn their multiplication tables.

In English, they have been writing escape plans to rescue children from a giant's bag, based on the story The Giant and the Joneses, which they are reading in class. Yet again, the children have displayed their wonderful imagination (but with little regard for health and safety as they used sheets as parachutes and washing lines as zip wires!)

 

They have particularly enjoyed their recent art lessons where they have designed their own pencil cases and then actually made it by having a go at sewing.
