That is a fact

The children have worked extremely hard on their division facts and they played a game with a partner using their 2, 5 and 10 division knowledge.

They loved playing interactive games and it has caused a lot of excitement to hit the button to beat our top scores!

During English, they wrote information about an animal of their choice. They enjoyed learning about different animals.

During humanities, the children learnt about Alexander Graham Bell. They were fascinated with his life story and they learnt many facts. The children completed a fact sheet with a friend and acted out when Alexander Graham found out he had been successful in inventing the telephone.

The children had a great science lesson, looking at different animal habitats. We looked around the school for different places that an animal could live. We thought how foxes, badgers, squirrels, insects and birds would enjoy Russell House. We also looked in The Farm and we discussed pond life and what they could see.
