The shapes of autumn
18 Nov 2022Form 4 have had another busy week.
They have been learning about division in maths and looking at the relationship with multiplication. They also realised that a good recall of their tables was very useful.
In science, they had to match animals' skulls to their pictures and decide what the animal ate depending on the types of teeth they had. They discussed the terms herbivore, carnivore and omnivore and also vegetarian and vegan.
They finished off their work on Romans this week by making a poster of the legacies the Romans left behind. They also completed an online quiz to see what they could remember.
In art, the children have made clay models of autumn shapes. They put the finishing touches on them this week and then had a look at the display of models from other year groups.
