Going on a bug hunt

For computing, Form 3 went on a bug hunt.

They were recording, in the form of a tally chart, how many bugs they could see in 15 minutes.  Next week they will be inputting their data onto google sheets and creating a selection of charts.

In maths, we have been learning about horizontal and vertical lines as well as identifying the properties of 2D and 3D shapes.

In science, we have been classifying animals into groups. Vertebrates and invertebrates and mammals, birds, fish, reptiles and amphibians.

In humanities, we have been looking at the paintings of Henri Rousseau.  He created paintings of animals in the rainforest.  The children drew their own picture of animals in the rainforest.
