Letters to Nepal30 Jan 2020
Form 5 are writing letters to introduce themselves to children in Ishma.
This week, Form 5 started composing letters to the children who will be attending the new school in Nepal.
The class spent their PSHE lesson thinking about what to write to potential new pen-pals. They introduced themselves and also asked questions to discover more about the way of life and environment in Ishma. This information will become very useful when the children learn more about Nepal in Humanities later in the term.
Form 5 also took part in a workshop this week which involved Forms 2-5 working on a set of sculptures made from tightly rolled rods of newspaper. Take a look at pictures from the activity here.
