Form 2 continue to learn about Scotland and had to think of questions to ask Mr McCarthy. He is very knowledgeable about the country and loves talking to the children about one of his favourite locations. During the week, the children also wrote facts about Scotland. They worked together in groups to brainstorm their ideas and then shared them with the class. It was very interesting to hear the information they had gathered.

In Mathematics, the children are working on multiplication tables, place value and problem-solving and are learning to apply their knowledge when solving mathematical challenges.

During Science, Form 2 learnt how to use a stopwatch. Working in groups, they timed each other doing various activities. The children are becoming increasingly confident when using the science equipment.
