19 Sep 2023Our U9 teams played their first matches of the season, versus Derwent Lodge.
U9A v Derwent Lodge: It was a great start to the hockey season with Russell House winning by 4-0. Annabel scored 3 goals and Lottie did an excellent job playing in both A and B teams and scored 1 goal. The team plays together really well, but we need to work more on spacing out. Well done to Isabella in the B team and Zoey in the A team for being player of the match. Everyone played really well and we can’t wait for the next Match. Rosie
U9B v Derwent Lodge: We won 3-2! Isabella won player of the match because she scored all 3 goals. We all played really well, and then Anya came on and helped us. Caitlin and Lucy did some excellent tackles. We all enjoyed our match tea which was pizza and a biscuit. I am excited to try and win our next match. Clara
