The Bohdi tree

This week, it was Form 6’s turn to present an assembly to the Main School.

During Form Time, we had spoken about the different options for our assembly and the children decided they would like to do their assembly on Buddhism, which they have been learning about in humanities. The children edited their slides, adding in pictures and facts and they all worked hard to learn their words.

In art, they created their own Bodhi Tree and they added some fun facts on each of the leaves. During their assembly, all the class spoke with excellent volume and clarity, and it was a delight to see their enthusiasm for the subject. Congratulations on a superb assembly, Form 6!

In maths, Form 6 has been learning about 3D shapes and they have been very hands-on during their lessons.
