Taking inspiration from the jungle-themed images by Post-Impressionist artist Henri Rousseau, Form 6 created these powerful scenes which explore the depth and texture that can be portrayed using acrylic paint. The strength of the canvas allowed for a substantial amount of paint to be applied, scraped, dabbed and sponged on their picture to further heighten the impact.
