A winning week

It has been another busy week for the Form 6 children. We've had Grandparents' Morning; the RHPA Mother's Day stall; performances in assembly; the beginning of our class gymnastics competition and two birthdays!

On Monday, Mr McCarthy organised an assembly all about Mother's Day and five children from Form 6 wrote and performed their own Mother's Day poems. A huge well done and thank you to the children involved.

Well done to all the children for singing so beautifully on Tuesday, during Grandparents' Morning, and an extra well done to the children who were tour guides. It sounded like all the grandparents had a wonderful time.

On Wednesday, some of the class performed their gymnastics routines that they have worked hard on during lessons throughout this term.
The routines performed so far were absolutely brilliant and it has been so pleasing to see the new skills that have been learnt, as well as the huge improvements that children have made in their gymnastics. There will be more to come next week.

We also have some children to congratulate this week. Firstly, one member of Form 6 passed her Grade 2 Singing, with merit, which is amazing, and we had two badges awarded this week too. Well done to Grace, on achieving her silver badge, and to Felix, who achieved his white badge.
