After plenty of hard work in their athletics lessons, the children were able to show us all their impressive running, jumping and throwing skills on Sports Day. On Thursday, Form 6 came to school dressed in red, white and blue for the annual Russell House French Day. In the morning, they enjoyed a fantastic play, all in French, and then they headed outside for their French lesson to play pétanque. It was lovely to see the children having so much fun and there was certainly a superb buzz around the school. At lunchtime, the children then had a tasty picnic on the lawn and it was the perfect weather for some ice cream too!

 

 

 

 

 

On Thursday afternoon, the Form 6 and Form 7 children had their first technical rehearsal and preparations are now well underway for their dress rehearsal to the School on Monday morning. We look forward to seeing as many parents as possible for this year's production of Dream on on Thursday and Friday evening next week.
