They also had to add a few new sentences to their vocabulary, like: je rencontre des amis (I meet some friends).

 

On Tuesday, the class took part in the annual Easter Egg Hunt, which was organised by our wonderful RHPA. It was a beautifully sunny day and it was a joy to see the children running around with huge smiles on their faces. In computing, Form 6 has been creating their own logo based on their initials. Over the course of the term, they have been exploring the meaning of different colours and how some colours work very well together whilst some are quite glary! They then used two different websites to assist them in their graphic design. As you can see from the finished logos, there are definitely some talented graphic designers amongst the class. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, in humanities, Form 6 has been learning about why Britain wanted an Empire.
