Whoops-A-Daisy Angel

Wow what an amazing performance from all the children in our Christmas Nativity, Whoops-A-Daisy Angel!

For more photos, please visit our Facebook Page.

The children were absolutely fantastic and we were so proud of them all as they were oozing with confidence and enthusiasm, with their singing in particular being excellent! I know Miss Norford was very impressed too. Thank you all so much for coming along. The children were so excited to see you all in the audience. There are some fabulous photos on the online program and on Facebook too, which were taken at our rehearsal on Tuesday. I am sure you all took some special photos too.

Back in Nursery, the children have been busy making lots of Christmas surprises to bring home, so there has been a lot of sticky glue, glitter and excitement thrown into every activity! And, of course, a lot of excitement cutting out pictures from the toy catalogue for their Father Christmas letters!

The children enjoyed playing with the pretend snow especially with their favourite Frozen characters and, of course, Santa, Rudolph and the elves. Scoops and spoons were added to the snow for further exploration, making snow cakes, cookies and pancakes.

The children from Form 6 have been coming to play at lunchtimes, which has been so much fun as the little ones LOVE the big children, who are so amazing at playing lots of different games with them, including; reading Christmas stories and telling Christmas jokes!

We are all very excited about our Nursery Christmas party on Tuesday which will be full of games and delicious party food and we have heard that the big man himself is coming to see us too! We can't wait!

This is our last Nursery bulletin for this term - we can't believe how fast this term has flown by! We have had so much fun with the children. It is always so rewarding to see the children playing and learning together. We would like to thank you all for your support this term and even though we say goodbye to some of our Nursery friends, we look forward to seeing them in Transition in January in their uniforms and we will still see them in the afternoons too.

Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you all!
