Form 7 have enjoyed finding out about a wide variety of topics related to South America, the Amazon Rainforest and their chosen country.  They used the Google app, Jamboard, to collaborate on a rainforest poem, creating the sounds, sights and smells of a rainforest through words; investigated the causes and effects of deforestation; looked into some Amazonian myths; created some stunning artwork and discovered the details of the journey of a banana.

 

This week has also been Safer Internet Week and the children in Form 7 have taken part in useful activities to help promote safety and fun online during lessons and an assembly.
