Over the holidays, Mr Skinner's favourite yellow wheelbarrow had been stolen! He checked the CCTV and gave the children a list of 12 possible suspects who had visited school during the break.

They went to investigate the crime scene and found a range of clues that they are sure will help them find the culprit. One of them was an envelope with a fingerprint on it, so the children learnt how to take a fingerprint and then went to find their suspects and take theirs.

They also took mugshots and measured their shoes to see if they matched the footprint found at the scene These will all be processed in science lessons over the next few weeks.
