They've been keen to answer questions in maths lessons and they could name several sources of light as they began their topic of light and shadow in science. In humanities, they have begun finding out about the Romans and enjoyed discussing what they already knew and what they would like to find out.  In English, they have used their best handwriting to write a recount of their holidays and they are very excited to begin playing competitive matches against other schools soon.
