This week the children have been writing animal riddles for the class to guess what animal they were describing. They also are completing their comprehension exercises well with more confidence.

In maths, the children are learning to add three numbers using doubling and their number bonds. They are also enjoying working in their mental arithmetic books, which they are finding challenging. They continue to consolidate their times tables and number bonds.

In science the children sorted different materials into different categories. They enjoyed working in a group to think of many ways to group the materials.

The friendship soup is a huge success in Form 2 and the children are loving adding little notes to the soup.
