Curiosity matters

This week, Form 5 confidently performed their assembly to the whole school, sharing their learning about Sir David Attenborough and the importance of curiosity.

The children spoke clearly and enthusiastically, demonstrating all the hard work that had gone into preparing the assembly. They should be very proud of how well they presented themselves and engaged their audience.

In music, Form 5 have been developing their understanding of musical theory through a creative and challenging activity. The children have been designing and creating their own tessellation puzzles, linking together musical symbols and their correct names. This has helped them strengthen their knowledge of key musical notation while also encouraging careful thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail. The class have enjoyed combining creativity with musical learning and have produced some impressive designs.
