Musical games
04 Jul 2025Form 5 have been working really hard over the past half term, thinking about and designing their very own game based on elements of Music Theory.
They began by compiling a list of things they knew and they worked with friends to help gather even more ideas. They then used some templates on which to input their questions and answers and, afterwards, decorated their game. The finished product, known as a Tarsia, works a little bit like a puzzle where you have to match all the questions and answers together to form a shape. Some children chose to work with a triangle template and others a hexagon. Form 5 were excited to receive a laminated copy of their puzzle to take home and play with their families.
Elsewhere, they enjoyed watching the dress rehearsal for the Form 7 and 6 production, Dream On! and lots of the class received their excellent LAMDA results. They can be very proud of the hard work they put in to getting these results.
