A tree surgeon visit
23 May 2025To support Environmental Awareness week, Form 3 have been outside the classroom as much as possible this week.
They enjoyed a visit from a Tree Surgeon, who talked about trees as habitats, to support Form 3's science topic. They discussed the different animals that might use the trees as their habitat and why. They also discussed that not all animals are good for trees.
Form 3 have been learning about Rondo Form and, having explored how a Rondo is put together, are taking their first steps at creating their own piece in Rondo Form.
The children also enjoyed a visit to The Farm to water the plants. The potatoes look lovely!
