Almost au revoir
27 Jun 2025Another action-packed week is at an end and with two weeks left to go, our Form 7s really are cramming as much into their remaining time as possible!
We bid farewell to competitive sport this week, with cricket fixtures against King’s Rochester and an athletics meeting at Kent College. The highlight, however, was Tuesday’s Sports Day, which took place in the glorious sunshine! Congratulations to Nightingale, who took this year’s prize.
Another highlight of the week was French day. This year’s programme saw the children take part in a range of activities, including dressing up, watching a French play and taking part in the traditional French game of petanque.
Much of Form 7’s English and music time has been dedicated to the Summer Production rehearsals this week. The children are looking forward to their performances to parents and families on Thursday and Friday next week, as well as their dress rehearsal to the school on Monday morning. This rehearsal has been brought forward to accommodate those that are attending welcome days at their secondary schools for next year. We ask that all families make their best efforts to honour Russell House school events where possible. We look forward to seeing you in the audience next week.
