Finding the Aztecs
07 Nov 2025Rehearsals are underway for the Form 3 Christmas performance. The children have been learning their lines and singing their songs as well as learning how to waddle like a penguin. Lots to look forward to.
In humanities, Form 3 have started a new topic, The Aztecs. They have used an atlas to find their settlement and explored Google Earth, looking at Mexico City.
In maths, the children have been looking at the properties of 2D shapes. They have been using Venn diagrams to sort shapes and identify how many sides and vertices they have. In science, we kick-started the new topic of Grouping and Changing materials with a material hunt around the school grounds to identify both natural and man-made materials.
